Wellness Champions, LLC. provide quality Nursing Support Services to the participants. Prior to receiving this service, each participant will have preauthorization from DDA and such authorization will also be documented in the participant’s person-centered plan (PCP). Nursing support services will also incorporate; staff supervision, staff training and staff education on all nursing assessments done for the participants served.
Wellness Champions Nursing Support Services provide a registered nurse, licensed in the State of Maryland, to perform Nursing Consultation, Health Case Management, and Delegation services, based on the participant’s assessed need.
